Current Project
Rammed earth tire benches at the Garden of Tomorrow Community Garden in south Phoenix.

Youth Participants (varies – up to 25 years of age)
- Make a positive lasting mark on your community.
- Learn new hands-on skills.
- Learn skills in the fields of architecture, construction and engineering.
- Add experience to your resumes and college applications.
*Participants must have a signed waiver to participate

Build Leads
- Learning the basics of the construction methods we use;
- Overseeing a small group of teens/youth to insure safety and accuracy in construction;
- Build Leads will always work with a Build Captain on site
*Build Leads must sign the waiver as well as pass a Sex Offender check – Build Lead waiver/check
Build Captains

Do you like working with young people, being outside and creating a sustainable public space? We are looking for enthusiastic adults (25+ years of age) to help oversee our build days. This involves:
- Learning the basics of the construction methods we use;
- Regularly participate as a leader for the group and possibly even coordinate build days.
- Overseeing a small group of teens/youth to insure safety and accuracy in construction;
- Understanding and furthering our mission
